What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

Hi, I undergone an xray today and there was a finding of pleuro-diaphramatic adhesion left. what does it means? I never had any serious sickness over the year i dont smoke and dont drink alcohol. I also did an xray test last april 2016 and the medical result was cleared. What could possibly cause it?-

Hello,

You may have got some undiagnosed pneumonia which lead to such adhesions. Another possibility is occupational exposure.
