What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

i want to know what it means when a radiologist report says the soft tissues are unremarkable Bilateral shoulders is what i was i had xrayed.... and i was supposed to get my cortezon shots today, and was dismissed by my gp after taking two days off work and purchasing the perscription. I am a stylist and own my own establishment hence 12 plus hour work days and my shoulders are now in extreme pain and i have been losing sleep for a cpl mths. gp says he will need 18 doses for the described spots of pain and sending me for ultra sounds whcih is a two week wait period????? oh and left office with no pain meds, anti inflametories or nerve blockers! my gf who was in attendance with me in the room is a RN

Hi,

Unremarkable soft tissue shadows may indicate fat prominence over particular parts of the body, usually not of grave clinical significance.

Can take OTC basis painkillers if no prescriptions are available for the same.
