What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

my chest x ray shows increased bronco vascular markings ? can it be because i smoke i also would like to bring to your notice that i had cough history before x ray and took a deep breadth during x ray and also had a pneumonia history during childhood how to decrease those markings .thanks
