What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

My xray result last may 23,2017 shows suspicious infiltrates in left upper lung and I have another xray june 2,2017 and it shows suspicious infiltrates in right upper lung.the same radiologist read my xray but in different laboratory center,now im confused if the result is accurate or not.then I undergo another xray apicolordotic I will have the result tomorrow. Does it mean that I have tuberculosis?the technician implies that I have one.

Hi,

Rather than being in dilemma of possible tuberculosis, get sputum examination with PCR test to rule out the tuberculosis.
