What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

Good Morning Doctor.. My daughter is 18years old and had a chest xray done yesterday.I am a bit concerned about the comment made on the x-ray. It says accentuation of bronchovascular markings adjacent to the right hear border is noted and a bronchitis/broncho inflammatory changes must be considered. Please help me understand this..and is this something dangerous??

In your chest xray, there are prominent markings of the airways in the lungs and blood vessels supplying the lungs. This can be visualised during mild respiratory infections and flu and that is what your doctor suspects.
