What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?
my chest x-ray showed the following result Hazy opacity is seen in the right upper lung The heart is normal in size Both costophrenic sulci are intact The rest of the visualized soft tissue and osseous structures are unremarkable. I ve finished my 6 months medication of tuberculosis last year but this is the result. am i not yet cured of tuberculosis?

welcome to hcm ...please note that x ray appearance does not coincide with clinical disease ...chest x ray usually shows the evidence of previous treated tb as calcified healed opacity ..so if you are free of symptoms and you are clinically declared as TB free by your doctor then just relax ..donot worry about xray findings ...if you find my response helpful please vote so ..with regards dr xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx
