What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

hi..i would like to know the meaning of the result of my chest pa examination...there are hazed fibroid densities in the left upper lung and in the right upper lung..the cardiac silhouette is not enlarged transversely.both costophrenic angles are intact.the rest of the osseous and soft tissue structures are unremarkable.

welcome to hcm ..fibrosis meams the upper lobes of lungs are damaged .it may be due to old pneumonia or healed tb or due to some occupational disease as asbestosis ..you may be having breathing problem ..cardiac features are normal ..you need drugs like deriphyllin 150 mg two times or steriod low dosage as deflazocortil 6 mg od ..in addition to this avoid air pollution and start breathing exercises ..
