General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic....

You have hazy density on lower lobe not upper lobe, so tuberculosis less likely..

Here work up needed with....
-CRP estimation
-Auscultation
-Sputum cytology examination
-Spirometry if needed
-sputum culture if needed
-liver, spleen and lymph node palpation

Your detail history and physical examination should be done...

According to cause specific treatment can be given...

Advise : Consult pulmonologist for examination and clinical correlation....
