What Does The Following X-ray Result Indicate?

Hello Doc, I just have a concern about my xray result which shows fibroid, PTB, infiltrates are noted in the Left Upper Lobe of undermined activity. heart is not enlarged. diaphragm and sulci are unremarkable. , i have no history of PTB and my family as well. I have no cough and fever . i have nt gone to the doctor for some medical issues about ptb before but when i undergone xray for my emplyment the result really made me miserable. Please help me about my concern. Thank you and have a blessed day.

Hello, If X - ray shows signs of presence of pulmonary TB, then it is essential to get sputum test for AFB and start treatment for pulmonary tuberculosis. Please do not neglect. Consult a chest physician and initiate appropriate treatment. Otherwise general health may deteriorate. Thanks.
