What Does The Following X-ray Result Indicate?

Hi, I just want to know, the finding on an x-ray was confirm the presence of fibrohazed and nodulocalcific densities in both upper lungs, presumably due to PTB of undetermined activity. clinical and microbilogical correlation is suggested. he was diagnosed with PTB before.

if this all are the findings ,then we have to correlate these with his/her physical findings. but you didn't mention any physical findings. so my radiological diagnosis will be post TB fibrosis.
