What Does The Following Analysis Indicate?

Hi , I thought I am pregnant because I missed my period for 3 months and my ob-gyne requested a TVS.. I take TVS but I m not pregnant and the result is...... There are multiple ( 12) immature supcapsular follicles noted in my right ovary 4.0 X 3.9 X 2.8 CM.... Immature follicles seen in my left ovary 2.0 X 2.2 X 1.6 CM..... What this mean? Please help me.. I am 25 years old...

Hi, I think according to the scan report, you have polycystic ovaries. In this there is problem with ovulation and thus periods get delayed. if you want to conceive, you have to take medicines for ovulation like clomiphene. Discuss with your doctor regarding this.
