Based on your query, my opinion is
1. Hemoglobin levels are low, that means your brother is anemic.
2. This is supported by other red cell indices like MCV, MCH, MCHC( VGM, TGMH and CCHM).
3. You can get a peripheral smear examination done to know the type of anemia and also get a iron studies done.
4. Other parameters related to WBC are normal.
