What Does The Following Angiogram Test Mean?

Good Morning Doctor, My father is heart patient. Last week check the angiogram Test. In the report 1. LMCA - Normal, 2.LAD- Mid Segment 90% long segment stenosis, Distal another tight lesion graftable.3.LCX- Proximal 70% stenosis, Mid Segment 70% stenosis after OM1. 4. RCA-Dominet, Osteal 90% stenosis, Mid Segment 100% occlusion, NO antegrade flow, good retrograde. This is the report, what is your suggesion sir,

* Brief Answer:it seems that your father needs to do CABG(coronary artery bypass grafting).
*Explanation: My opinion is that multiple coronary vessel disease is an indication to do coronary bypass grafting, percutaneous coronary intervention in your father condition is debatable and may be non beneficial to his condition,on the other hand ,CABG would improve morbidity and mortality.
I suggest my patients the following : consult a cardiothoracic surgeon about your father's condition and adhere to antiischemic medications
