What Does The Following Biochemical Analysis Report Mean?

I m a woman, age 38. My last biochemistry analysis shows, uric acid 367umol/L Glucose AC 5.8 mmol/L, DFGe/eGFR 95, albumin 46g/L, globulin total 33 g/L, A/G 1.4 ratio, cholesterol total 6.24 mmol/L, triglycerides 1.17 mmol/L, HDL cholestreol 1.44 mmol/L, LDL cholestrerol calc. 4.27, non-HDL-C 4.80 mmol/L. Biochemistry shows MCHC 327 g/L, lymphocites 3.3x10^9/L, sedimentation rate 17 mm/h. There are more parameters but I put the most high values that I see. Do I have to be worried? Am i sick of something?

I really appreciate your concern, ideally such reports needs clinical brief for correlation because one test result could indicates many medical conditions and most of the time routine results shows all the normal range even in ill condition, so the given reports are normal one but need to be correlate with clinical condition hope this information helps.
