What Does The Following Biopsy Report Indicate?

good day! i would like to know if the reading from the biopsy is a cancer or not: specimen consist of 2 tan tissue sections 0,4 cm each in widest dimensions. blocked 2 all. microscopically, both sections show small papillary and few glandular formations lined by ovoid to round tumor cells with enlarged hyperchromatic nuclie of similar configurations and scanty cytoplasm. other ares show compact distribution of spindly to pleomorphic with no differentiation. other areas show connective tissue with engorged blood vessels. no lymphoid areas are recognizable in all sectionss. i would like to know what does the reading meaning, if it is a cancer or not. thank you so much...
