What Does The Following Blood Report Mean?

hi,doc i check to myself to psychiatar dept.and i give the blood sample which report are bilirubin total 1.3,bilirubin direct 0.2,bilirubin indirect 1.1,sgot 67,sgpt 62,s.alk.phosphatase 123,total protein 8.5, albumin 4.1,globulin 4.4,a/g ratio 0.9:1. i have little drink last 5years.can u suggest me about me problem.

Welcome to HCM!
Bilirubin is borderline but SGPT is high along with SGOT . SGOT and SGPT are two of the most useful liver enzymes which indicate inflammation or infection of liver, although the SGPT is more liver specific than is SGOT.This is not related to drinking lless water there is some inflammation in liver.You must consult a gastroenterologist and get yourself examined and if required ultrasonography has to be done.Take care!
