What Does The Following Blood Report Suggest?

I have suffered with anaemia my reports are bellow. Hb 10.4 total RBC 4.69 mill/cmm PCV 31.50, MCV 64.20, MCH 22.20, MCHC 33.00, RDW 31.10, WBC 10600, platelet count 400000, neutrophils 72, Lymphocytes 22 Eosinophils 01 monocytes 05 basophils 00 Smear study Microcytic hypochromic Target cells+ Stomatocytes++ Sever anisopoikilocytosiss, normocytic + Normochromic. Which is diseases and what I should do for this conditions

I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the blood report you have mentioned.
This report is classical of iron deficiency anaemia (IDA).
Low hemoglobin, low MCV, MCH, MCHC, presence of microcytic, hypochromic, target cells, severe anisopoikilocytosis etc are suggestive of IDA.
So you should take iron supplements (tablets), multivitamin (folic acid, vitamin b 12 and pyridoxine) tablets for at least 3-4 months.
Take iron rich diet like spinach, carrot, Apple, dates, jaggery, sugarcane juice etc.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
