What Does The Following Blood Result Indicate?

My leucocyte:2.6, Lymphocyte 48.5%, Neutrophil granulocyte 42.9, Eosinophil granulocyte 3.7,Basophil granulocyte 0.3, Monocyte 0.13, Neutrophil granolocyte 1.22, Eosinophil 0.11, Basophil 0.01. I have suspection on Hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid) and i have all symptoms same kind of arthritis. I am women, 35 years old, 164cm with only 37kg body weight. What kind of treatment and nutrition do you suggest?

Hi i did review your concern. I am worried about the possibility of a vitamin B12 deficiency for which i recommend you to eat multivitamins and eggs and animal proteins whatever is feasible for you as per your diet ethos. I also need to look at your complete blood count esp hemoglobin, platelet count and MCV levels to comment more
