Hello. I read your blood test report carefully and my interpretation is as follows.

The first part of the report regards the lipid profile. It shows that your cholesterol and trigliceride levels are increased. Then comes the uric acid which is normal (if female upper limit of norm). The last three lines are the reference values for the fasting glucose (blood sugar). Unfortunately you must have forgot to include your actual blood sugar result just the reference levels, so I can't say anything on that regard.
Regarding the management of that increase in levels of lipids, it requires treatment with drugs such as for example statins. However it depends on other conditions you might have, if you are say a healthy person with no heart and blood vessel disease there is less need for strict control and dietary changes and exercise could be tried first. If on the other hand you have history of heart disease, stroke, peripheral vessel disease then there is need for strict control and treatment should be started right-away.

I hope to have been of help.
