General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Take follow up from rheumatologist or immunologist! A physical examination is required. It's autoimmune disease most probably. Yoga and breathing exercises are proved helpful in autoimmune diseases too, along with medicine.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
