What Does The Following Blood Test Report Indicate?

Yes Hello, Hope you are having a great day. I am a health care worker , I had my annual checkup workout at emp health including my blood test , the results are Hemalocrit 35.2 and Chloride is 98L also Anion Gap 5L and Modified Cockcroft-GaultCrCi @40L is this a major concern
