my blood reports states normal systolic function.moderate mitral and tricuspid regurgation noticed with severe bilaterial dilation with right ventricular dilatation. the left atrium measured 3.8 cm in diameter and 80 ml in volume I have ICD implant after mild stroke was diagonalised irregular heart beat

no blood test report bis available neither it is required. take ecg and consult cardiologist may be further surgical corection is required so consult cardiac surgeon. if thereis pace problem then pacemaker can be given.youshould have given your present problem like breathlessness.some medication may be required.constant monitoring of heart functioning is required
