What Does The Following Blood Test Report Indicate?

Sir my blood test report indicates homocysteine 37.41umol/L and Protein C functional@chromogenic 60percent and Protein S free Antigen @Immuno turbidimetry 87%. I felt the blindness in left eye for about 30 min and gone to Aravind hospital for treatment. They said nothing wrong with eye but blood seems irrelevant. Hence given letter to consult haematologist.
