What Does The Following Blood Test Report Suggest?

hi .my rafael still has a fever since friday his temperature always playing by 37 then goes up to 38 then drop again . ir was always like that we had cbc test and platelet count . the results were as follows ; hemoglobin 145 hematocrit .44 wbc 3.2 rbc 4.8 neutrophils .52 lymphocytes .42 monocytes .06 platelet 125 should i worry by now ?

Hi,

His platelet count is low as per mentioned history.

In viral infection as well it can go down.

But as you have fever complaint as well rule out dengue fever by antigen NS1 testing or PCR.

He needs to maintain hydration with lots of water.

His platelet count needs to be monitored until comes normally.

Papaya leafy extract syrup can be prescribed.
