What Does The Following Blood Test Report Suggest?

I am 35 years old female sufferring from low grade fever since 7 days My blood investigations reports are as followed ESR 40 CBC NORMAL EXCEPT WBC that is 3.69 MP ICT negative LFT Total Bilirubin 0.3 SGOT 188 SGPT 169 Alkaline phosphate 76 widal p0sitive s.typhi (O and H) positive at 1:160 Undergone cholecystectomy 4 years ago At present taking Paracetamol and cefixyme 200mg TID kindly advice

typhoid is still not cured. ciprofloxacin can be repeated for ten days and followup investigation can be done after 15days.
