What Does The Following Blood Test Result Indicate?

HI, my wife s blood results showed polyclonal IGM for 250. her oncologist had her to do another blood test but he didn t want to share the results on the phone. her appointment is in a week. don t know what could be the issue. any idea? should i be worried?

IgM, even if raised, but being polyclonal, reflects some acute inflammatory / reactive condition and not malignancy!
