Hi & Welcome to HCM.
Incomplete data like BP?
As per the given results of lipid profile,
HDL Cholesterol level is decreased (Normal: 40-60 mg/dL)
LDL Cholesterol level is INCREASED (Normal: Less than 100 mg/dL)
Triglycerides level is INCRASED (Normal: Less than 150 mg/dL).
The findings are suggestive of Mixed hyperlipidemia (Increased LDL Cholesterol and Triglycerides).
Such patients need to reduce their lipid levels by drugs like Atorvastatin with Fibrates along with certain life style modifications such as avoiding alcohol, smoking, fatty meals, taking a healthy balanced diet, plenty of fruits and vegetables and daily exercise.

Hi & Welcome to HCM.
The given lab tests (lipid profile) show increased LDL Cholesterol and increased Triglycerides which are suggestive of Mixed hyperlipidemia.
Patients with such lipid profile need to take cholesterol and triglycerides lowering drugs like Statin with Fibrates along with certain lifestyle changes such as avoiding alcohol, smoking, fatty vegan and non-vegan meals, taking a healthy balanced diet, and regular exercise.
Hope this answers your query.
