What Does The Following Blood Test Results Indicate?

Sir I am a male aged around 57-58, weighing 66 kg, height 167 CM as per my hemogram all other values are normal except a few ie eosinophils 6.3 monocytes absolute count 0.16 basophils absolute count 0.01 total rbc 5.84 haemoglobin 17.7 II am a thyroid pt. my T4 is 12.4 & TSH is 0.07 please correlate and suggest remedial measures.

Your hemogram is normal.eosinophils 6.3 monocytes absolute count 0.16 basophils absolute count 0.01 are not significant.You can get a repeat count from other lab after some time.Your TSH is low so must take treatment for hypothyroidism after consulting your doctor.Take care!
