General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You check you BP/lipid profiles and diabetes and keep under control. Chronic microvascular ischemia may damage white matter brain which contains nerve fibers and connection point for other parts of brain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. C.ELANCHEZHIAN, General & Family Physician
