What Does The Following Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

Respected sir I have gone through X-ray chest PA view And the details are 1)Trachea is centrally placed. 2)Bony cages and soft tissue Shadow are normal. 3)Bronchovascular marking a normal. 4)RIGHT HILAR SHADOWS IS HEAVY AND SHOWS NODULARITY-? LYMPHADENOPATHY 5)CT ratio is NORMAL. 6)Both CP angles are clear. 7) Lungs fields are normal. , so Sir I want to know that what kind of tuberclosis is this.

I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the x ray report you have mentioned.
Possibility of primary tubercular complex (hilar Lymphadenopathy, surrounding lung parenchyma) is more likely.
But I would like suggest to go for CT scan to confirm this.
Chest x ray can be false positive in some cases. CT scan will definitely diagnose exactly if hilar Lymphadenopathy is there or not.
So better to confirm primary tb by CT thorax before starting Anti tubercular drugs.
