What Does The Following Chest X-ray Report Suggest?

IS IT NORMAL THE RESULT RESULT IN CHEST XRAY HAS HAZY OPACITIIES IN THE LEFT LOWER LUNG,HEART IS NORMAL SIZE,SHAPE AND CONFIGURATION,MEDIASTINAL STRUCTURES ARE MIDLINE IN LOCATION,BOTH HEMIDIAPHGRAMS AND LATERAL RECESSES ARE SHARP AND DISTINCT,VISUALIZED OSEEOUS STRUCTURES SHOWED NO SIGNIFICANT ABNORMALITY.IMPRESSION INFLAMMATORY PROCESS IN THE LEFT LOWER LUNG.

It suggests an inflammation in the left lower lung. Likely broncho-pneumonia.

Otherwise, everything is normal, including the right lung, the heart shape and size, the diaphragm and the thoracic bony cage.
