hello doctor my father chest report (TB) revealed diaphragmatic hum present on right side is it normal? details of X-Ray: 1) Both lung fields appear normal. 2) No evidence of koch s, pneumonitis or metastases. 3) Both costo-phrenic angels appear normal. 3) No evidence of hillar or mediastinal lymph adenopathy 4) Heart size appear normal 5) Bony thoracic cage appears normal 6) Diaphragmatic hum present on right side.
