What Does The Following Chest X-ray Result Mean?

I made today (17.01) a chest X ray as a preoperative examination (oral surgery). I resulted with an accentuation hilar and subhilar of pulmonary and bronchial drawing . With some hilar and perihilar calcification. I never smoke. I had Influenza at the beginning of January, but only for 3 days and without cough. Indicate these radiological findings any medical problem for the future? For what reason I have these calcification?
