What Does The Following Colonoscopy Report Suggest?

I just had a colonoscopy and EGD, and just got the results back. They probably sound worse than they are. Results show If the biopsy in Stomach fundus, biopsy: if specimen D is taken from a superficial portion of a larger mass, an underlying neoplastic process cannot be excluded. Clinical correlation suggested. and Specimen D is Cecum, biopsy. Fragments of tubular adenoma. What am I seeing here?

OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

I suggest you go for a CECT abdomen and then take an appointment with a medical oncologist, he can suggest you better than anyone.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Naira Jahangir, OB and GYN Specialist
