What Does The Following Cortical MRI Result Mean?

I would like to understand impressions of mri cortical involutional changes slightly more than expected for patients stated age. Non specific hyperitense flair signal foci in the frontal subcortical white matter bilaterrally and right pariental subcortical white matter. Differential possibilities include chronic microvascular ischemic changes, vascular occlusive disease, demyelinating desease and infections/ inflamatory etiologies. No evidence of an acute infract

Though any report has to be co related with clinical criteria of history, physical findings and symptoms of the patients, with these much available information of the MRI report , I can quote that. The condition sounds to be in relation with hypo perfusion of cerebral areas of concern due to underlying arterial occlusion, neuro-chemical disturbances or others responsible for the agony. However, if further details are provided, it would be best to emphasize the issue on clinical perspectives more sound way.
