What Does The Following Echocardiography Report Suggest?
I had an echo done for heart palpitations. the results are borderline concentric left ventricular hypertrophy, borderline left and right atrium dialation, mild mitral valve thickening and regurgitation. I am now on blood pressure meds and a beta blocker. should I be very concerned?

welcome to hcm ..your treatment is on right path take medicines as given you will get relief all these conditions should be ascessed after 3 months of therapy i am sure your symptoms are being relieved by now if your chest xray and ecg and echocardiography are not improved in all parameters and your symptoms are there after 3 months then you should be worried and see cardilogist if you have any further query you can contact us on this site .we will help you with regards dr varinder joshi
