What Does The Following Echocardiography Report Suggest?

I had an echo done for heart palpitations. the results are borderline concentric left ventricular hypertrophy, borderline left and right atrium dialation, mild mitral valve thickening and regurgitation. I am now on blood pressure meds and a beta blocker. should I be very concerned?

welcome to hcm ..your treatment is on right path
take medicines as given you will get relief
all these conditions should be ascessed after 3 months of therapy
i am sure your symptoms are being relieved by now
if your chest xray and ecg and echocardiography are not improved in all parameters and your symptoms are there after 3 months then you should be worried and see cardilogist
if you have any further query you can contact us on this site .we will help you
