What Does The Following Fecalysis Report Indicate?

Hi there Doctors, I got my son s fecalysis result and ready to give to his doctor for checking.Unfortunately,tje doctor is not yet around and Im very anxious to know it since my son keeps on having diarhhea.The results says Color: green ,Consistency:soft, Puss Cells:15/20 hpf,RBC :1-3 hpf,E. Histolytica cysts tropozoites: 0-1 hpf. Thank you.

your son's fecal analysis report is abnormal. But it not alarming per se. He has infestation of parasite Entamobea histolytica. Which cause all these symptoms. Single dose of Tab Albendazole(400) is suffeicient to clear jo the infestation. also give Tab ofloxacin+ ornidazole twice daily for 5 days.
