Hello welcome to the health care magic

Parasites and pus cells are not present.
So infection seems less likely here.

Bacterial can be present from contamination or normal gut flora bacteria.

Fat globules increased, hence steatorrhea can be present that is malabsorption syndrome can be present and cause for that can be ruled out like pancreatic causes, bacterial overgrowth etc

Maintain hydration with lots of water

Avoid irritants like excess spicy foods, non veg etc

Fruits, green leafy vegetables taken more

Lactobacilli containing probiotic can be prescribed

Take care

Hope this will help you
