Hello welcome to the health care magic

The stool not showing increased pus cells or bacterial.
Hence chance of bacterial infection very less.

Weaning might started in your child, so rota virus like viral enteritis can be there

Maintain hydration with lots of water.

Breast milk also given along with food for atleast one year.

If diarrhea is excessive than Consult pediatrician for examination

Take care
