What Does The Following Fecalysis Report Suggest?

Hi, my 7 months old son got his stool test 2017Dec11. Are the results normal? Btw his pedia requested for this test because his been pooping for about 4x a day for 3 days. FECALYSIS Color: Green RBC : 1-3/hpf WBC : 1-2/hpf Consistency : Formed Bacteria : 3+ NO ova nor parasites seen

Yes stool report is normal .

No parasite , ova, pus cells , rbc present in significant amount.

Bacteria can be present because of contamination.
