What Does The Following Fecalysis Report Suggest?

Hi can i ask what sthe meaning of the lab result in fecalysis of my son color is yellowish brown, consistency soft , wbc 0-1 rbc none seen findinhs no intestinal parasites seen and fat globules rare. My doctor said of the result is 0-0 my son is okay but the result is 0-1 what s the meaning of that?thank you

Presence of 0-1 WBC is absolutely normal and rest other parameters are also normal so don't worry.
