What Does The Following Fecalysis Report Suggest?

Good morning, please could you help me with an answer. I did my stool test and shows : color- dark brown Consistency- soft Mucus- absent Blood - absent Worm -absent WBC- 0-2 hpf Rbc- 1-3 hpf Ova- nil Cysts- nil Larvae- nil Others- nil Is it something wrong in this test? My urinal and blood test is ok, CREATININE- 0.51 Thank you!
