What Does The Following Fecalysis Suggest?

Hi im 26 year old im a lactating mother to my 1 year old son My result of fecalysis is color- dark brown ,consistency -soft, pus cell-none found, red blood cell-none found Bacteria-plenty Yeast cell- rare Other- no ova/parasite seen. Please give me some advice if i take a medicine or any suggestion? I think i got it from the food or in the water! Thank you for your response

Hello, Fecal matter usually has some bacteria as intestine has many . But there are no ova or cyst or parasites, there appears to be no problem. Thanks.
