What Does The Following Follicular Scan Report Indicate?

I had a follicular scan cd13 this month with dominant follicle measuring 28mm by 24mm, endometrium measuring 9mm, my doctor put me on susten 200mg for ten days with follic acid, since cd22 upto today i have been spotting..is it my period that came early or is something else ? Thanks.

Please go for ultrasound confirmation ...as I was a dat susten was given to you for saving your pregnancy ..if you are spotting daily it is not ok ..
