What Does The Following Follicular Study Report Indicate?

Hi I m 34 years old today is 14 day of my cycle and the follicular size is 24×31mm on ryt side hsg is also showing hydro salpinx on ryt side.had undergone lap surgery for endometriosis 6 months ago, still not concieved .wt r the chanves of conception & wt do u suggest.
