What Does The Following Follicular Study Report Suggest?

Hi Dr. My Follicular study study says MSF on below days 16th- 18*15, 16*12 (ET MM- 7.9) 17th- 22*17, 17*14 (ET MM- 8.4) - cumulus0 Seen 19th- 23*19, 19*16 (ET MM 9) - cumulus0 Seen Now i got suggestion to do test after 1.5 days later again. can you please let me know what is mean by above and when it can be rupture. also i have cyst in left ovary of size 5.7*3.0*5.7 cms (Vol 53.0cc) also 7*4 mm polyp is seen in left upper endometrial cavity. What is your opinion on it, is it safe for baby planning now. I am planning for first baby. Thanks

Hello,

The follicular study report indicates better prospects of fertility and you can predict rupture of the oocyte within next 48 hours usually. But the main concern would be polyp at upper endometrial cavity and the same should be removed laparoscopically before proceeding for the in vitro fertilization procedure.
