What Does The Following Follicular Study Report Suggest?

Hi, Today is my 9th day of period and i did follicular study .the report says that my right ovary is MSF and my left ovary have 2 follicles of size f1 is 11.2*10.6mm and f2 is0.2*9.9mm and my endometrium of 7.2 mm .so how much chance is there to concieve

these are normal and there is every chance to conscive it is a chance fertilization between sperm and ovum.
