What Does The Following Follicular Study Report Suggest?

I am 27 year old....I got married in 2015..l have irregular periods ...I have used clomiphen citrate 100 mg in 2015 and my left follicle showing 14mm on 12th day and 18 mm on 14 Th day and now I have used clomiphen citrate 100 mg my left 4 follicles largest shows 11mm and right 3 follicles largest 10mm on 13 th day can I conceive this month
