Hi! I m Janice 36 and been married for 14 years to be exact. we ve been TTC. I m on Clomid 50mg and today I had my follicle monitoring ultrasound and have 1 dominant follicle measures 1.9 n my right ovary its my day 14. Is there any chance that i can get pregnant?

I would like to tell you that there is a chance that you may get pregnant. Since, you have one dominant follicle you may soon have an ovulation. Make sure to have intercourse every alternate day for the next 10 days.
You can also use an ovulation kit to get a better idea of your time of ovulation. Clomiphene citrate is a drug used to stimulate ovulation.
