General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

There is problem immaturity & rupture of ovum... It needs to be further observed to look for delayed ovulation/induced ovulation by oral or injected medicines.

A through gynecological examination & hormonal assessment would pinpoint the cause followed by specific treatment. Please consult a gynecologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
